Sky Metrics provides agency workspaces for time tracking, tasks, calls, calendars, clients, projects, CRM, notes, content planning, billing, reports, team access, and operational intelligence.
You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity inside your account. Agency workspaces may require approval before use. Team members may be invited and managed by agency admins.
You may use Sky Metrics only for lawful business purposes. You must not attempt to access another agency workspace, bypass permissions, abuse integrations, or interfere with the platform.
You retain ownership of business data entered into Sky Metrics. We process that data to provide the service and to support the workflows you configure.
Connected services such as Google Sheets, Telegram, email, calendar tools, and future integrations may require additional setup and permissions. You are responsible for the data you connect.
We aim to keep Sky Metrics available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, provider outages, or configuration issues may temporarily affect access.
If paid access is enabled, subscription terms, billing cycles, and refunds will be communicated before payment. Pricing may change with reasonable notice to active customers.
We may suspend access if an account violates these terms, creates security risk, or abuses the platform. You may request account or workspace deletion by contacting us.
Sky Metrics is provided as a business software service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
